Order Acceptance
When an e-mail confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order - it is not an order acceptance. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Credit Card Security
We use SagePay for online payments and, therefore, never see your credit card details.
Delivery Time and Shipping Method
We'll despatch your order within 28 days if we have the products you have selected in stock, we normally do.
Purchases for delivery in the UK or mainland Europe are despatched by post or courier and will normally be delivered to you a few days after despatch.

Our policy is to deliver items purchased within 28 days of date of order and on a best endeavours basis we will always try and deliver items sooner than 28 days.

Delivery to other EU destinations is charged as per the list below.

VAT, Taxes and Duties
RTTW is registered for VAT with effect from 1st January 2020 so VAT is now applicable for merchandise sales. Voluntary registration donations and other donations are not subject to VAT.
Taxes and/or Import duties may apply to goods delivered outside the UK. It is the buyers responsibility to determine if any any taxes and/or duties are payable and to pay them.
Returns Policy
Your right to Cancel
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please contact us straight away. In any case, this must be within 14 days of receipt.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
However, please note that unless faulty, items that have been personalised cannot be returned for refund or credit.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.
To return any products to us, please:
- 1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund.
- 2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
- 3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to the returns address stated on your order.

- To share your contact details with HMRC in obtaining Gift Aid on donations
- What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
- Explicit consent needs to be gained so that we can keep you informed about your role, news, events, activities and services and process your gift aid donations and keep you informed about organisational events;
- Processing is necessary for carrying out obligations under employment, social security or social protection law, or a collective agreement.
Processing is carried out provided: -
- the processing relates only to individuals with a connection to Ride To The Wall or any of its services.
- there is no disclosure to a third party without consent.
- Sharing your personal data
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared for purposes connected with the organisation. We will only share your data with third parties outside of the organisation with your consent.
- How long do we keep your personal data?
We keep data in accordance with the guidance set out in the Data Protection Act and under the requirements of General Data Protection.
When we no longer require your personal information, it will be erased from our systems.
- Your rights and your personal data
Unless subject to an exemption under the GDPR, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: -
- The right to request a copy of your personal data which Ride To The Wall holds about you;
- The right to request that Ride To The Wall corrects any personal data if it is found to be inaccurate or out of date;
